Patty has been creating beautiful artwork for over 13 years after having obtained her degree in 2001. Her paintings are vibrant, colorful, and joyous, and reflect her energy and passion. A lot of her themes are centered on Black Love. She is heavily inspired by batiking and much of her creations are based on this unique and beautiful art technique. Patty’s positive word series is inspired by her North Omaha Positive Affirmation Project. “This project was created to uplift and inspire my community through words of love, compassion and color.”
