The LALA Fellowship is a commission-based, 8 month support period designed to foster and develop new work from local artists that we believe can make significant contributions to the Omaha community. Each selected artist receives $10,000 to produce portfolio pieces, sculptural maquettes, public art designs/prototypes, and more. Throughout the fellowship, a community of artists, mentors, studios, fabrication facilities, and other resources will be available to help along the way. Each fellowship will culminate in the exhibition, presentation, installation and/or display of work.
2025 Fellowship Includes:
Josh Audiss, Celeste Butler, Richard Chung, Eduardo Gardia, Neil Griess, Pam Hinson, Todd McCollister, Nick Miller, Laura Nothern, Sarah Rowe, and Avry Victor
